Swissdetail Inc may require a 20% non-refundable booking fee due at time of scheduling. The booking fee is required to schedule your appointment and is applied to your final bill upon completion of service. A payable invoice will be either emailed or texted for the booking fee, if not paid over the phone at the time of scheduling. Payment due within 24 hours to secure the reserved spot. Only once the booking fee is paid will the appointment be set and confirmed.
Things happen in life we can’t control. We want to work with you when issues arise. Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule an appointment twice within 60 days with no additional booking fee. If you can’t give 24 hours notice, or no call/no show, the booking fee will be forfeit.
Swissdetail Inc must conduct an in-person consultation with you and the vehicle before we can provide you the total cost at a fixed rate. For your convenience, we do give price range estimates over the phone. We reserve the right to adjust any over-the-phone cost or time estimate after we have visually inspected your vehicle. If the vehicle condition changes between the time the vehicle was inspected and the scheduled appointment, the cost of service may change, and you will be notified.
If you have extra/special requests, please let us know at the time the service order is written. Any alterations or changes after the initial service package order has been issued may result in an extra charge. Last minute changes, especially upgrades might not be possible as we book a fixed time slot for each service. Any changes to fees and/or time, be it verbal or in writing, will not affect the substance of this agreement and all the terms herein will still apply with the new rate and/or time.
20% non-refundable booking fee is due at scheduling. Remaining payment is due on the date of service before the vehicle is released from our shop. We accept cash, checks, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
Our completion times are only an estimate. Your vehicle may take more or less time to perform the booked services. We strive to have your vehicle ready by the promised completion time. If you arrive late to your appointment, the pickup time or service might have to be changed, or we might even have to reschedule your appointment if the late start time on your vehicle interferes with a service from a customer who was on time.
It is difficult to find pre-existing damages during the initial vehicle inspection, some vehicles tend to have interior components that are broken, scratched, worn out, faded, don’t work, or become loose and cracked without the owner’s knowledge, therefore should a Swissdetail Inc representative find any items that are not working properly or show before mentioned issues, we will bring it to your attention. Therefore, you agree not to hold Swissdetail Inc responsible for any pre-existing damages to your car.
Dirt can hide swirl marks, scratches, dings, paint chips, fine lines, and marks, should a Swissdetail Inc representative find any exterior imperfections of concern, we will make you aware, however Swissdetail Inc will not be responsible for correcting these pre-existing paint imperfections if your service does not include it. Also, during the course of paint correction, other paint defects may become evident, and we will not be responsible for these pre-existing paint imperfections; smaller scratches, swirls and other defects tend to hide and mask more serious and deeper scratches that will then be more easily seen after paint correction. Swissdetail Inc will not be held responsible should we find pre-existing paint imperfection during our course of detailing that you were not aware of. We will always act in the best interest of the vehicle to not do more harm than good.
Engine Bay Details will only be performed upon explicit request. Swissdetail will not be held responsible nor is liable in any way for issues arising due to this service.
Please remove all personal items prior to your appointment. Although we will take the utmost care with anything left inside your vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for any personal items left behind.
Due to child safety and liability reasons, we will not replace/reinstall car seats under any circumstances. We ask that our clients remove car seats and booster seats prior to their appointment. Should the car seat be left in the vehicle, and you don’t want it uninstalled, we will do our best to clean around the car seat but can’t promise your total satisfaction.
You understand that the doors, tailgate, trunk, and hood may be open for extended periods and may cause battery discharge. You authorize Swissdetail Inc to utilize either a battery charger or disconnect battery to ensure battery charge. If your vehicle doesn’t start you agree to let us jump start it by use of a jump battery pack. You will not hold us responsible for any issues arising due to a spike in voltage at the time of the jump start.
Concerns Electric Vehicles only: if your vehicle arrives with insufficient battery level and there is no appropriate charging cord in the vehicle, we can not be held responsible for the drop of charge of the battery of the electric vehicle. It is your responsibility to ensure proper charge of the vehicle to reach your destination after vehicle pick up.
Upon completion of the detailing service of your car, we will perform a complete car inspection of agreed upon services and the results achieved. We will inform you of any inconsistencies that we are aware of. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the results, we appreciate the opportunity to make it right. Service claims must be presented in person to Swissdetail Inc within 48 hours.
We sell gift certificates for any service package or amount. Package price is subject to change at point of redemption (face value is always honored). By State of Montana Law, Gift Certificates do not expire. They can’t be redeemed for cash or be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
